What programs are available?

Chaplin Performance offers a 3-Month and a 6-Month Movement Coaching Program, a fully customized one-on-one coaching experience that helps individuals reach their movement-related goals. Chaplin Performance also offers individual Movement Consultations, of which the goal is to discuss and develop strategies that help individuals determine next best steps in their journey towards optimal health and performance.

PHYSICAL THERAPY

CHAPLIN PERFORMANCE, LLC does not offer physical therapy, medical advice or any quasi-medical advice or services. If you require care for treatment of a medical condition, seek the appropriate consultation with your physician or qualified health care provider. By signing up for the Movement Coaching Program or Movement Consultations, you are agreeing that the services provided are being provided for wellness/fitness coaching/training services.

How Can I Pay?

All payments are secure and processed by Stripe. Movement Coaching Program fees can be paid in full or monthly. Movement Consultation fees are due at the time of booking.

Chaplin Performance, LLC does not offer medical or quasi-medical services, does not produce billing codes reimbursable by your health insurance, and thus is an out-of-pocket expense. Some Health Savings Accounts (HSA) allow use of funds for Health/Wellness services and many insurances offer a stipend for fitness services, in which cases you may be able to use your health insurance to offset the cost of training services. Make sure to check with your health insurance provider for their policies regarding wellness/fitness training.
